The CR-21 is a Rifleman Weapon added in the () Content Update.
Overview
The CR-21 is a better-than-average gun that can be obtained at a reasonably low rank . It has the same rate of fire as the M4A1 MkIII and low recoil, but at the cost of low damage (33) which can be upgraded to 36 . The CR-21 has only two modifications, and is fitted with an unique arrow scope

Tips
Try not to use the scope. The rate of fire decreases dramatically. If using the scope use 3 round bursts; after that it destabilizes completely.
